Just like lots of other sites, we no longer accept GROUP BOOKINGS during
the summer school holidays and any Bank Holidays. For groups who wish to book at any other time, we still require you to contact the booking line as we have limited availability.
The intimidating abusive behaviour, disregard to respecting quiet times and foul language directed towards members of our team and other guests over the last few years is totally unacceptable, and has left us with no other choice than to cancel all GROUP BOOKINGS during these periods.
We are sad that this affects our loyal, courteous customers who have joined us year on year.
Henlow Bridge Lakes has always been proud to be a welcoming family-friendly
campsite, with the emphasis being on family fun. We make no excuses or hide
the fact that we are not, and never will be a ''party site'' or a ''beer garden'' and we will always remain a family-friendly campsite. This is why we make no charge for children camping on our site.
The maximum size of booking over the above periods will be for (3) pitches or units together. The maximum number of adults on these pitches will be those on the original booking.
Please do not try to circumvent the (3) pitch or unit booking process, by
booking separately and then trying to congregate once here, as this is a GROUP BOOKING and we will immediately cancel these pitches and you will have to leave the site.
