Site Rules For Members And Organisations

Arrivals & Departures
- Campers must report to the site owners or site Warden on arrival, unless otherwise agreed, before pitching. If the Site Office is unattended, please telephone the Mobile Enquires or Helpline numbers.
- Members or registered Caravan Clubs, must produce their Membership Cards.
- All fees are payable prior to pitching, unless otherwise agreed by the site owners.
- Campers to pitch where the site owners or Warden designates them only.
- Camping is from 12 midday on the day of arrival until 12 midday on the day of departure, unless otherwise agreed by the site owners.
- All units must be pitched at least 6 metres from neighbouring units. (Vehicles may be parked between units, providing that a 3 metre space is left within the 6 metre gap).
- The Certified Site is for 5 caravans or motor caravans and 10 tent pitches only at any one period of time.
- Vacant pitches must be left clear of all property and rubbish.
- The site gates are secured at dusk each night and opened at 7.00am. Campers will be required to pay a returnable key deposit if they wish to enter or leave the site outside of the above times.
On Site
- Instructions given by the site owner or Warden should be followed at all times.
- Rubbish, waste water and chemical waste must be disposed of at the disposal area at the south compound area adjacent to the Site Office.
- Any complaints are requested to be reported to the site owners or Warden immediately.
- Pets are welcomed, provided they are controlled on leads within the camping and fishing areas and faeces removed.
- Children should be supervised at all times.
- A shared charcoal barbecue area is available, which if used should be cleaned after use.
- Campers are restricted to the caravan site and public walk areas, which include a riverside walk.
- Lake and river fishing is available on the site at the fishing tariff applicable. Environmental Agency Rod Licences apply.
- Noise must be kept to a reasonable level. There should be no vehicle movements or noise between 11.00pm and 7.00am.
- Generators are not allowed on the Certified Site Area.
- Rally organisers should obtain the owners or site Wardens permission prior to use of generators within the Events Area.
- Vehicles should maintain a speed of less then 5mph when entering and leaving the site areas.
- Campers should observe the Country Code, Code for Campers, Club and Site Rules at all times.
- Tent campers to lift groundsheets every second day.
The owners cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or accident sustained from vehicles, the waters or footpaths, whilst camping, visiting or fishing at the site. The site owners reserve the right to request any person breaching the Camping or Angling Site Management Rules, to leave the site.
